Welcome to the Archaea to Atmosphere (A2A) project's data repository (commonly referred to as the A2A-DB). A2A is an interdisciplinary project, funded by the NASA Interdisciplinary Research in Earth Science (NASA-IDS) program, that investigates the relationship between microbial ecology and methane emissions across five Arctic permafrost peatlands.

The EMERGE-DB includes all data formerly housed under the IsoGenieDB and A2A-DB, as well as newer datasets generated by the NSF-funded EMERGE project.
